Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern the contractual relationship between you (“User”) and Webtrics – Zürcher (sole proprietorship), Fliederweg 12, 2556 Schwadernau, Switzerland (“Webtrics”, “we”) regarding the use of the Webtrics AI tool and related services offered on webtrics.ai (the “Service”). By registering for or using the Service, you accept these Terms.

The Service provides a web-based assistant that lets you interact with various third-party AI models and, optionally, connect your own data sources and productivity accounts to work with your content. Features, model availability and included quotas may change as the Service evolves.

Certain features require an account. You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential and are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.

Paid plans and add-ons are billed in advance on a recurring basis via our payment providers (e.g. Stripe, PayPal) until cancelled. Prices are shown in the applicable currency and may exclude taxes, which are added where required. Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, payments already made are non-refundable. We may change prices with reasonable advance notice, effective at the start of your next billing period.

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you may not use it to violate any law, infringe third-party rights, generate unlawful, harmful or deceptive content, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or place an unreasonable load on our infrastructure. You are responsible for the content you submit and the results you use.

You may optionally connect third-party accounts (e.g. Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive and Outlook) so the Service can act on data you provide. You authorise us to access those accounts solely to perform the actions you initiate, and you are responsible for having the right to connect them. Our handling of such data is described in our Privacy Policy, including our adherence to the Google API Services User Data Policy (Limited Use). You can disconnect a data source at any time.

The Service relays your requests to third-party AI providers and other services. Their processing is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, output or changes. AI-generated output may be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing it before relying on it.

The Service, including its software, design and trademarks, is owned by Webtrics or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during the term of your subscription. You retain the rights to the content you submit.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free and may perform maintenance or modify features. To the extent permitted by law, statutory warranties are excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, Webtrics is liable only for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence, indirect damage, lost profits or lost data is excluded. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.

You may cancel your subscription at any time with effect from the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. IP, liability) remain in force.

We may amend these Terms where necessary (e.g. new features, legal requirements). We will notify you of material changes by reasonable means. Continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding conflict-of-law rules and the CISG. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is the registered seat of Webtrics, unless mandatory law provides otherwise. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.
